Orders and Shipping
Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days, depending on your location and shipping option selected.
Click the “Sign Up” button on our website, fill in the required details, and create your account.
Log into your account and update your shipping address before placing an order. For existing orders, contact us immediately.
Track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Currently we are only shipping in India.
Whenever possible, multiple items in one order are combined into a single package to reduce waste.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately for assistance.
For damaged items, please email us with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
Send authorized returns to the address provided in your confirmation email.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to update it before shipping.
Orders can only be changed or canceled within the first 24 hours after submission.
